Job Title: Financial Analyst

Reports To: Vice President of Finance

Office Location: TWG Central Office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models to evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, analyze market data, and add value to existing models and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate and compile underwriting assumptions based on existing market conditions and trends.
• Provide recommendations on opportunities, including acquisitions, financial feasibility, valuation.
• Conduct market analysis and research demographic data and trends.
• Prepare investment packages to lenders and investors.
• Evaluate investment-risk trends, yields, exit valuations.
• Coordination document production for asset dispositions, assist finance team with returns & waterfall analysis.
• Assist with any other research and planning as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous financial underwriting experience, highly preferred
• Strong aptitude to comprehend multi-family real estate development process and underwriting 
• Strongly proficient in MS Excel 
• Displays excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, accuracy, and detail management 
• Displays initiative and strong sense of personal motivation, as well as responsibility
• Able to adapt to changing deal structures across various markets in a fast-paced environment
