Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions and support the HR department in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Coordinate and conduct employee evaluations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain related records
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Experience in payroll processing and documentation
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in benefits administration
- Skilled in conducting employee orientations and onboarding processes. - Proficient in Excel and Word.
Education Requirements:
- Some college required. Bachelor's degree is Highly Desired
Experience, and Language Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish, English) is Required
- 2 years of experience in progressively responsible Human Resource roles
- 2 years experience in a supervisory role is desired
