About the role

Support in operational requirements and sales management to help sales achieve goals and make sales efficient

  • Support business from sales perspective, ensure the daily operation runs smoothly and communication for business change
  • Support in RTM strategy design and communication including MDF management
  • Support to manage customer portfolio including contract, territory, LC Provider, sales target etc to align with company strategy and initiatives
  • Support internal process for customer: cross-region sale treatment, rebate, PO, traceability management and etc..
  • Help to ensure action plans taken after sales meeting
  • Support to make sales efficient like KPI setting and operation standardization.
  • Work closely with BI team to support in business insight through data analysis(Distribution/Business Focus and ect..)
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure the stable operationalisation of system tools (e.g. MyContracts, PBI)
  • Other SOP supporting like meeting arrangement(Weekly Sales&MKT Forum, ad-hoc sales meeting), sop set-up& optimization ,scorecard tracking and ect.
  • Other Project Support: Project follow up, timeline update, milestone reminder, action taken etc

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in business management, commerce, marketing or related discipline
  • Exceptional written/oral communication skills
  • FMCG Industry experience is preferred
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in Sales Operations or similar role
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in sales or working within major account environments
  • Proven ability in managing cross-functional projects 
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Advanced computer application skills across the full MS Office suite 
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, and team player at all levels
  • Solid business acumen, and ability to learn entire business model
  • Presentation, training, coaching and facilitation skills
