About the role
Stags’ Leap Winery, a Napa Valley historical luxury winery is looking for hard working, energetic and dedicated harvest interns for our 2024 Harvest Season.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience in most aspects of harvest. We try to make sure everyone is trained on multiple tasks (workload permitting) including pump overs, sanitation, barrel filling, vineyard maturity sampling, processing, analysis, sampling and additions, crushpad operation, inoculations, rackings, grape receival, fermentation monitoring, pressing, and other duties as needed.
Position starts: July through November, season dependent.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
