Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assisted Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth running of the F&B department in an efficient manner while ensuring that all members and their guests receive an excellent level of service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of food and beverage service, including inventory, ordering, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
- Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members
- Collaborate with the F&B Director to address operational challenges

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the restaurant industry with expertise in POS systems
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent hospitality management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in team management and leadership roles
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
