Position can be performed from any US company office location, with opportunity for office and remote work.
Position Description: Provide insurance and claims support to Risk Management departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support related to various insurance requests and compliance with insurance programs.
• Maintain documents in the Insurance Library; including review of outdated information, maintaining current documents, and providing organization of information within library.
• Ad Hoc Business Development and marketing support.
• Support annual insurance renewal tasks in support of yearly renewals of programs.
• Participate in renewal meetings, review broker and insurance carrier quotes, and assist in negotiation process.
• Become familiar with tools and systems to conduct data entry and prepare basic reports in proprietary applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
