Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

· Knowledge of our products and services to educate potential customers on the value and need.

· Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand our customer base.

· Produce leads through Door-to-Door efforts and referrals.

· Persuade potential customers to purchase services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and regular communication.

· Monday-Saturday work schedule with early evening availability

· Meet and exceed sales quotas.

Pay/Incentives:

· $6,000-$10,000 per month (100% Commission)

· Self-generated leads paid at higher commission.

· Performance-based pay, uncapped earnings

This job operates outside This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee spend 90% of the 8 hour day walking outside in residential neighborhoods.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. Days of work are Monday through Saturday. Daily schedule will be assigned at time of hire, shift assignment will be between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
