We are seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician who is ready to join our family and help continue our company growth!

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. While supported by an incredible team of pest management professionals, our technicians work independently throughout the day. If you enjoy being on the go, learning something new everyday, and interacting with a variety of customers, this position might be just what you have been searching for.

Position responsibilities include providing pest control services for our residential customers and setting reasonable expectations of results after services are performed. We provide all necessary training to get you started on your career as a pest management professional, as well as continuing education to keep you up to date on the latest and greatest in the pest world.

To be qualified:

• You must enjoy hands on, outdoor work!

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have a valid Florida driver's license with minimal moving violation points

• Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent

Duties include:

• Provide timely and effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers

• Safely driving a company vehicle

• Long periods of walking, kneeling, squatting. Could involve walking up to 7 miles per day.

• Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers

• Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents

• Provide customers with general information about our various services

• Conduct service calls as needed

• Problem solving and/or complaint resolution

• Enjoy working outdoors

• Not have a fear of bugs, snakes, rodents, etc.

• Not have a fear of tight spaces

• Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing and walking

• Be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs

• Have excellent listening and communication skills

• Be competent with the use of new technology

• Be organized and able to manage their own daily route

• Performs other duties as assigned
