Job Description:
Proficient typing ability, business software knowledge (Google Docs; Google Sheets; Google Calendar, Google Mail) organizational skills, multi-tasking, and excellent proofreading.
Essential administrative job that requires accuracy, speed, and competency. Employee can be responsible for data entry, creating POs, ordering material in JDE/E1 as well as performing other duties as assigned.
Functional Requirements:
Proficient typing ability, business software knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel) organizational skills, multi-tasking, excellent proofreading, and the willingness to perform a wide variety of administrative functions as required by your employer. Experience working with office equipment such as copiers, computers, fax machines and printers is expected. Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines are vital. Ability to function independently utilizing JDE with minimal training.
Qualification Standards:

1. Preferably (6) months to one (1) year of experience in Clerical field.
2. Pre-employment/post-employment qualification test if applicable
3. Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
4. Hazard Communication orientation/test
5. Turner Industries Group Indoctrination/Job site orientation
6. OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)
7. Job site "Personal Protective Equipment" requirements (hearing protection, safety glasses, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.)
8. Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the work place.

Physical Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate office equipment; lifting; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction.
Mental Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying basic mathematical skills; planning work and selecting proper tools; reading and interpreting load charts; judging distances and slopes accurately; following oral and/or written directions; reading; writing; ability to recognize and report safety hazards.
Work Environment Factors:
a.) Location: office located in shipping dept. at PY fabrication facility.
b.) Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground levels; obstructed pathways; work performed at low and/or high elevations; work performed in confined areas.
c.) Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominately outdoor climate; may be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather, excessive humidity, rain, etc.; various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances
Miscellaneous Requirements:
