General Job Description:
Works under the direction of a foreman and crew leader, loads the finished product.
Functional Requirements:
Read and sign off on JSA prior to starting shift, Always maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Qualification Standards:

• Preferably one (1) to two (2) years of experience in specified skill
• Pre-employment/post-employment qualification test
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• Turner Industries Group/Job site orientation/Hazard Communication and required tests
• Jobsite "Personal Protective Equipment" requirements (hearing protection, safety glasses - OSHA approved Z87 if applicable, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.)
• Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or
  others in the workplace

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interprets sketches
• Responsible for loading the finished product in a safe manner
• Inspects nylon slings
• Uses hand signals to communicate with crane operator
• Stays alert and aware of surroundings
• Helps in other areas of shipping when needed
• Performs a daily inspection of all tools and equipment used

Physical Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and
below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.; reaching in all
directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes,
hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level,
and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling;
bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or
without correction
Mental Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying basic
mathematical skills; planning work and selecting proper tools; comparing and understanding differences
in the size, shape and form of pipe spools, figures and objects; following oral and/or written directions;
reading and writing; ability to recognize and report safety hazards
Work Environment Factors:

• Location: industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shop
• Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground levels; obstructed pathways; work
  performed at low and/or high elevations; work performed in confined areas
• Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominantly outdoor climate; may be
  exposed to extreme hot or cold weather, excessive humidity, rain, etc.; various noise levels
  caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances
