Sets up and replenishes servinglines and serves customers in food service units.
Gathers hot and cold food forservice line and serves to customers.
Performs food preparation tasks suchas sandwich and salad making and beverage preparation, following writtenstandardized recipes.
Clean and process fruits andvegetables and prepares various salads, according to written standardizedrecipes.
Scrapes and sorts dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware and operates dishwashing machines.
Maintains cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas; sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors; cleans dishes from tables and cleans dining room tables and chairs.
Responsible for cleaning of employee and public restrooms and operates power cleaning equipment.
Operates and cleans food service equipment.
Inventories area and completes required forms.
Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work area.
Frequently reaches, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours, carries, and pushes.
Must be able to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
