• Sets up and replenishes servinglines and serves customers in food service units.
• Gathers hot and cold food forservice line and serves to customers.
• Performs food preparation tasks suchas sandwich and salad making and beverage preparation, following writtenstandardized recipes.
• Clean and process fruits andvegetables and prepares various salads, according to written standardizedrecipes.
• Scrapes and sorts dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware and operates dishwashing machines.
• Maintains cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas; sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors; cleans dishes from tables and cleans dining room tables and chairs.
• Responsible for cleaning of employee and public restrooms and operates power cleaning equipment.
• Operates and cleans food service equipment.
• Inventories area and completes required forms.
• Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work area.
• Frequently reaches, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours, carries, and pushes.
• Must be able to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
