Qualifications:
JDdegree with a valid law license. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with anemphasis on construction law, or an equivalent combination of education,training and/or experience. Exercises independent judgment and discretion with abilityto identify problems and initiate corrective action. Self-starter, with abilityto prioritize multiple tasks and deliver high quality work on tightdeadlines. Maintain knowledge ofindustry best practices and applicable legislation affecting the operations. Adaptableand flexible to operate with minimal direction and little or no supervisionwhile working in complex and changing environment. Proven written and verbalcommunication abilities with emphasis on problem solving and negotiation, withability to explain complex legal concepts to employees and staff at alllevels. Proficiency with computer applications,including Microsoft Office suite, and various legal case managementsystems. Ability to read, understand,and interpret contracts and insurance documents. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and abilityto work with staff at all levels, both internal and external. Ability to travel.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $150,000 to $175,000.
