Responsibilities

• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance
• Adapt to changing schedules due to weather and season
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Respect co-workers and clients
• Work independently without supervision
• Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE
• Limit phone usage to business calls and emergencies
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and property managers
• Document working hours and materials used daily

Qualifications

• Experience with patios, retaining walls, large/heavy equipment, and hand tools

Compensation

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
