• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, report damaged items, record shortages and report them to the supervisor ormanager.
• Organize inventory and stock on the shopfloor.
• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move shipments from shipping and receiving to correct workarea.
• Ensure proper flow of production parts through Ready To Process, Finishingoperations andShipping.
• Inspect parts to internal processes and customerspecifications.
• Assemble cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers with regard to the item to beshipped.
• Ensure proper packing of parts forshipment.
• Perform other duties asnecessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years' experience in an office or manufacturingenvironment.
• Inventory control experiencepreferred
• Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel andEpicor.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills; attention to detail and followthrough.
• Forkliftcertifiable.
• Must be able to grip and handle products repetitively by hand and perform product evaluations using basic measuring equipment as well as visually.
• Must be able to lift up to seventy pounds in a safe manner and request assistance when needed.
• Must be able to push, pull, stoop, kneel, bend over, climb step ladders, walk and stand for extended periods of time while performing duties.
