Turbo Coffee is Hiring an Assitant Store Manager Near Santa Rosa, FL
Position: Manager
Hours: Full Time
Reports to: Director of Operations: Marketing Director; Owner
Job Duties:
- Manage daily operations of Turbo
- Uphold quality standards for food and coffee
- Order all supplies needed to operate the store; maintain a backstock so that we do not run out of any supplies we need (i.e. milks, cups, lids, coffee, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment during shift and follow health code guidelines
- Create effective weekly schedules in coordination with DO to maximize hours and minimize costs
- Meet weekly with DO to go over Sales, Staff/Customer Comments/Complaints, Goals and Up-coming events/other news
- Create a family environment with staff (i.e. Celebrate birthdays, plan staff get togethers, etc.)
- Create Drink of the Month in coordination with other Turbo Managers and staff, as well as creating other new menu items
Job Expectations:
- To ensure product’s quality
- Arrive early for shifts; lead by example for fellow employees
- Maintain full time availability and hours
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment during shift
- Follow health code guidelines; become ServeSafe certified within 30 days
- Commitment to what we serve and our expectations of how it’s served
- Create a welcoming environment for staff and guests
- Lead, encourage, and work well with fellow employees
- Hold and Maintain standards while holding team members accountable for performance
- Ability to come to Director with questions, comments, or problems
Other Info:
- Payday is every other Friday
- Wear closed toed shoes
- Hair back at all times where it will not contaminate food products
- Download “When I work” app. When using the When I work App use the availability to put in your normal weekly availability (class schedule, etc.). Anything that is an abnormal day you need off needs to be requested off and approved by a manager. Do not simply change your availability to unavailable.
- Requests must be made 14 days in advance for 1 day off, or 3 weeks in advance for multiple days off

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
