Tumi Bartender:

• To alert any potential problems to your direct supervision, where possible before they arise
• Have a thorough understanding of the local industry
• A bartender will provide high quality service to all guests, crea-ng personal connec-ons
• through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not over serve
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• • A bartender will have an outgoing and social personality
  • A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience always helps but is not
  • required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
