TIR is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an NDE Analyst. The NDE Analyst will be responsible for various tasks including data entry/review, quoting/estimates, equipment inventory/tracking, compliance/OQ's, billing file management, and more. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced MS Excel, and excellent communication skills. Previous business or project management experience is a plus.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

• Perform data entry and review tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and provide quoting/estimates for projects.
• Assist in managing equipment inventory and tracking.
• Support compliance and OQ's (Operator Qualification) processes.
• Assist in managing billing files and processing time/expenses.
• Maintain weekly headcount updates.
• Review RFP/RFQ for project NDE specifics.
• Obtain vendor quotes and estimates.
• Coordinate shipment of NDE equipment as needed.
• Create projects and PRA's (Pre-Receipt Authorization) in NetSuite.
• Update and send timesheets to appropriate parties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Interact with customers' representatives professionally and effectively.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Minimum of 2 years of business or project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced MS Excel is required.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to solve problems through critical thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all business levels and functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated professionalism, judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
