Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Lead

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Lead to join their team!
Quality Assurance Lead Responsibilities:

• Oversee entire test lifecycle, strategy, planning, and case development.
• Ensure requirements traceability in test cases.
• Manage SIT and provide oversight for UAT.
• Report on testing progress, challenges, and issue resolutions.
• Conduct incident triage meetings effectively.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical business liaison throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams to ensure business requirements are met.
• Define, document, and oversee execution of UAT and regression testing scenarios.
• Define and review technical requirements; support functional requirement completion.

Other Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes to identify efficiency gains and enable new features.
• Assess potential software systems for integration based on key criteria.
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions that satisfy business needs.
• Aid in managing changes during the project, focus on training and user adoption.
• Provide support after integration, ensuring continuous operation and improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience
• 3-5 years of QA/QE experience
