Overview:

Tully Rinckey PLLC is speaking with attorneys to join our Family and Matrimonial practice group inside the Firm's Albany, NY office. Our firm has a statewide practice that is led by award winning attorneys and consists of a team throughout the state that successfully assist clients with family and matrimonial legal needs.

Tully Rinckey attorneys can count on the support of a full-service marketing department, highly skilled business development team, public relations, IT support, legal support and client relations support so that our Attorneys can focus squarely on the practice of law achieving the goals of our clients through collaborative legal practice with a supportive and state-wide department of experienced and talented Family and Matrimonial attorneys. You will have the opportunity to participate in litigation in Family Court, Supreme Court and the Appellate Division. Tully Rinckey PLLC supports our attorneys’ involvement in state and local bar associations and community organizations.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling both Family and Matrimonial law cases. Experience will include all aspects of representation in Supreme Court and Family court for matters involving including custody and parenting time, child and spousal support, orders of protection as well as drafting and negotiating separation and settlement agreements, and handling litigated divorce matters. Trial experience a plus.

Compensation is based on experience. Partner-level candidates will be rewarded for origination and/or portable business. Sole practitioner candidates are welcome to apply.
