Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Must be aware of current trends in graphic design and proficient in Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Must work on Mac platform and have experience in Microsoft Office.
- Must be well organized and able to work well under budgetary and deadline pressure, with the ability to anticipate and meet established deadlines.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external constituents.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Three years’ experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications or a related field, to include experience producing multimedia, email and web graphic design, as well as experience with the printing process/press checks and effective management of outside production vendors.
- Experience working within a marketing, advertising or other communications team.
- More than 2 years’ experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications or a related field, to include experience producing multimedia, email and we graphic design, as well as experience with the printing process/press checks and effective management of outside production vendors.
- Ability to work in an agency-like setting, collaboratively, with other members of creative project management and production in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to integrate interactive and print design with an excellent sense of color, type, and contemporary style, while maintaining brand integrity.
- Experience creating smart, compelling visual design that embraces a strong understanding of marketing and communications strategy.
- Experience in video editing and related graphic design.
