About the jobThe Operations team at TULA is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Warehousing & Inventory Control Manager to lead all inventory management across our various domestic and international 3PLs. The Warehousing & Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, implementing inventory control procedures, and ensuring seamless stock accuracy. 

Skills Required: 

• Manage and own all company inbound and outbound inventory movement. Arrange outbound Land, Air, Ocean logistics (LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL) for corresponding inventory movements
• Execute daily inventory analysis; identify and resolve discrepancies and issues
• Oversee stock item master, identify and resolve incorrect descriptions and stock numbers
• Communicate with Demand & Production Planning as needed regarding new items, inbound timing, item detail, etc.
• Manage product expiration dates and lot codes within systems, including E&O risk analysis and elevation
• Own investigation into variances between system & physical inventory 
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and reporting 
• Work in conjunction with 3PL partners to ensure inventory management best practices are implemented and sustained ongoing
• Lead proactive cross functional collaboration and communication around inventory availability with Retail Operations and other key stakeholders including but not limited to Demand Planning, Production, Retail Marketing, Sales/Education, and Finance/Accounting
• SKU setup and maintenance in NetSuite, 3PL portals, and Shopify (where applicable)
• Analyze transit/delivery times, as well as freight costs, and identify future optimization opportunities

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in inventory management
• Experience working with monthly inventory reconciliation processes (must have)
• Experience working in Netsuite (must have)
• Experience working with multiple 3PLs (must have)
• Previous experience within the Beauty Industry strongly preferred 
• Strong project management and organization skills 
• Detail oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Netsuite 
• Must be a collaborative team player skilled in communicating with all key stakeholders across multiple departments and management levels 
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results. In addition, TULA offers a variety of benefits to eligible team members, including health insurance coverage, wellness and remote support programs, paid leave programs, education-related programs, Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and others.
