The Assistant Manager will be responsible for scheduling sub-contractors, managing inventory and our fleet, and overall safety in the StoreThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Assistant manager with hands-on knowledge of the people management and the industry SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience building and managing a team and meeting challenging operational and sales targets; also preferred, experience with sub-contractorsProven safety management experience, including: OSHA; fire prevention; machine and tool usage; PPE; Hazard communication; lifting techniques; fork lift; electrical safety; fall protection; and safety training documentation managementInventory and fleet management experienceBackground in and understanding of financials, including GL and/or P&L statementsStrong PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook; CRM experience highly preferredSuccessful background networking and growing long-term business partnerships; ability to deal with multiple issues, growing trust and solving problemsMust possess a current valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle ReportWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?An opportunity to join a successful company and be part of the growth of the team!
