MRN, Ltd. is looking for a Part Time Room Attendant at Doubletree by Hilton,The Tudor Arms Hotel in Cleveland, OH. Our Venues draw inspiration from the energetic atmosphere of the trendiest areas in Cleveland and provide a wide variety of engaging experience.
Room Attendants at The Tudor Arms Hotel are valued for making our guests' stay enjoyable and memorable. Our housekeepers are a work-hard-play-hard team who are respected by all. We are now accepting applications from people who are positive and want to join this special team.
Job Overview:
Our Part Time Room Attendant will be paid $13.50 per hour and be a non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
A Housekeeper will be asked to perform the following duties:
- Clean assigned hotel rooms using procedures and guidelines set by hotel management
- Communicate daily with your supervisor to report maintenance and safety concerns
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional way
- Follow established safety and security procedures
- Maintain and distribute the floor cart, containing housekeeping supplies and room amenities
- Turn in all guest items, that may have been left in a room
- Report any damage or missing property in rooms
- Finish all items listed on board, to ensure all rooms are completed to The Tudor Arms Hotel’s standards
Mandatory Requirements
- 1 year or more of continuous employment
- Flexibility to work up to five days per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or less, stand on feet for long periods of time, and bend, crouch, reach with no difficulty
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
- Experience in housekeeping
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Related experience in using common cleaning supplies
