Title: Growth Marketing Associate 

Location: Washington, D.C.
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.

Position Overview 

Tuckernuck is looking for a dynamic and multifaceted candidate adept in various aspects of digital marketing and campaign management. The role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be proactive in communication, capable of tracking and analyzing performance data, and adept at coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. 

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the marketing calendar, including organizing and adjusting key product and campaign information.
• Monitor and ensure timely go-live of marketing assets, pushing internal partners as needed.
• Update key item performance tracker weekly and pull selling performance data.
• Create, prepare, and manage editorial and promotional campaign briefs for the marketing team.
• Coordinate closely with product and merchandising teams on key item selection for campaigns.
• Support the Growth Marketing Analyst by organizing and executing daily organic email and SMS marketing campaigns, including list cleaning and content updates.
• Support the Growth Marketing Manager by tracking and updating the status of active ads through Meta.
• Package and distribute marketing assets to relevant parties, such as the paid media agency and other relevant marketing vendors.
• Regularly pull and analyze marketing performance reports and manage discount code reporting for various channels.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relative experience

• Digital Marketing: Understanding of various digital marketing strategies, including paid media, email, and SMS marketing.
• Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and practices to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with teams and partners.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to draw insights and make informed decisions.
