Title: Buying Coordinator, Drop Ship

Position Overview 

Tuckernuck is looking for a Buying Coordinator, Drop Ship to join our team and help support the initiatives of our Third Party Buying team. The Buying Coordinator, Drop Ship will manage the day-to-day operations of our Drop Ship program, as well as lead our first internal drop ship program launch. The ideal candidate will have great communication and organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities

• This position will support the drop ship program with general administrative tasks including but not limited to vendor on-boarding, uploading new product data and imagery, and managing order status and tracking uploads.
• Responsible for ensuring all drop ship orders are fulfilled accurately and completed on time
• Act as the operational liaison between vendors and various internal teams
• Manage vendor relationships through active and frequent communication and serve as the point of contact for any operational questions or issues
• Maintain relevant visual decks with publish month/week/cancellations/shifts 
• Assist the team on day to day activities and learn “on the job” by contributing to reporting, analytics, presentations and meeting preparation
• Prepare seasonal recaps of product performance prior to assorting for new seasons
• Spearhead our internal Tuckernuck Drop Ship program - managing incoming drop ship order fulfillment

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
