Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and assisting in creating a positive learning environment. This position offers the opportunity to support the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities
- Support students in their learning and development
- Provide individualized attention to students with diverse learning needs
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior
Requirements:
- Experience working with students, particularly in early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of math, literacy education, and classroom management techniques
- Ability to work with children of various ages, including toddlers
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with individuals with autism is a plus
- A passion for educating and nurturing young minds
