Tucanos is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dishwasher to join our team! As a Dishwasher, you will work in a fast-paced environment and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen to guarantee the finest personal care for our guests.

Wage: $16-18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Wash dishes and assist in preparing food items for service
• Stock and set up stations with all necessary supplies
• Assure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain Dish Area clean and organized, including all floors, walls, and ceilings within the kitchen
• Maintain Dish Machine in a clean working order
• Maintain Dumpster area cleaned and organized
• Complete all side work, including sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and other housekeeping or kitchen prep tasks as assigned to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly
