A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GENERAL MANAGER (GM)

As our General Manager (GM), you ensure that all our guests and team members are happy and taken care of. You professionally handle guest requests, complaints, and any other issues that may arise. Also, you ensure that all restaurant policies and standards are being met within the food within our location. This includes checking for compliance with all health, federal, or state regulations. You're also responsible for our amazing team members as you hire them and monitor their performance. You enjoy keeping things in line and working with our amazing food service team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GENERAL MANAGER (GM)

• Ability to train appropriately as training is a top priority for this position
• Over the age of 21
