Starting Wage: $21.00 /hr, $2000 retention bonus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reads and interprets customer specifications to create/modify Customer Database entries.
  • Creates Shop Traveler work flows for Pnumbers.
  • Responsible to create electronic hold tags for critical processes.
  • Instructs CAM operators on what exact tools need to be made.
  • Interacts with the customer to negotiate necessary manufacturing edits and modifications.
  • Interacts with process engineering to develop appropriate workflows for special situations.
  • Approves proposed impedance and stack-ups (2nd buy-off).
  • Oversees the correct implementation of NPI buy-offs from Engineering.

Education and/or Experience
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Frontline Genesis 2000 CAM software, APSIM RLGC impedance calculator, ECR98, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to read blueprints; experience working with external customers; understanding of PCB manufacturing process.

Teammates in this role start at : $21.00 per hour, rates may be higher depending on experience
Export Statement:
a) Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures at the plant level. c) Provide training, assistance and support to all departments to ensure policy compliance. d) Conduct periodic audits as required. e) Prepare and submit ITAR and EAR license application documentation as required. f) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
