- Provides direction, leadership and development for Program Management staff.
- Executes the overall strategy, product roadmaps, and growth initiatives. Works with Business Development, Engineering and Operation to achieve goals.
- Establishes the overall customer management strategy. Interfaces with key customer personnel, internal business development, engineering and outside representatives
- Defines product and program pricing strategies.
- Sets high-level goals and objectives for the program team and operations.
- Assists in Strategic and Budget planning.
- Ability to execute on multiple fronts and drive priority across the organization when applicable.
- Broad knowledge of Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality and product applications.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and computer skills.
- Ability to interface with Executive Management and customers.
- Demonstrated experience in program management including new business growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with an MBA preferred
- 15 years of engineering and project management experience
- Customer service orientation
- Has effective written, oral and presentation skills.
- PMI Certification preferred
a) Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures at the plant level. c) Provide training, assistance and support to all departments to ensure policy compliance. d) Conduct periodic audits as required. e) Prepare and submit ITAR and EAR license application documentation as required. f) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
