RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review invoices for correct ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on expenses.
- Reconcile bank accounts, address discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate balance sheet schedules.
- Analyze financial statements for trends/errors.
- Record accruals and adjustments.
- Produce supplementary reports.
- Assist in budgeting and audits.
- Provide requested financial reports.
- Suggest process improvements.
- Perform assigned duties diligently.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel).
- Proficient with full cycle accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
