Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr Business Development Executive to join our team based in Coral Gables, Florida.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1 year of experience in Sales and/or New Business Development (or a strong interest)
  • Local and national account contacts are a huge plus!!
  • Comfortable selling to up-to-the C-Level executives
  • Experience selling my phone, email, Business social media, video presentations, networking, and with the ability to meet with clients face to face.
  • Comfortable with 20-30 calls per day
  • Experience with building strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Since this is considered B2B Sales, a “thick skin” is needed to be successful
  • Must be able to be in the office the Coral Gables office
  • Must have reliable transportation to make sales calls and to be on-site in the office
  • Must be comfortable with a full Background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the staffing industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and challenges.
  • Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Continuously analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
  • Obtain Job Orders from new and existing clients with signed MSA’s and maintain relationships with dedicated recruiters
  • May need to attend during and after-hours networking events and respond to urgent client correspondence.
Compensation
Salary (DOE) with an uncapped commission structure. Estimated at OTE (on target earnings) 100K-$140K first year; Comprehensive benefits package includes health benefits, paid holidays, 15 PTO,
