Inventory and Distribution Specialist - Urgent
LOCATION: Westview, FL
Opening 1: Monday - Friday (Monday to Wednesday 11 AM - 9 PM; Thursday: 8 AM-6 PM, Friday 12 PM - 4 PM)
Opening 2: Tuesday and Wednesday: OFF; Monday, Thursday, Sunday 11 AM - 9 PM, Friday 8 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 12 PM - 4 PM
PAY RATE: $19/h
Description:
Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the Tissue Bank. This role ensures that Inventory Control Operations comply with State and Federal Regulations and AATB Standards. Additionally, the Coordinator promotes Lean Behaviors across the organization and effectively manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Inventory Control Area as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory of post-processing, and quarantine products.
- Perform disposition of nonconforming products.
- Complete all data entry and paperwork related to tissue(s).
- Maintain knowledge of Tissue Bank Manuals.
- Coordinate tissue sterilization and receipt processes.
- Create and maintain daily reports for inventory control.
- Reconcile tissue inventory and transfer released products.
- Oversee customer product returns and manage inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare customer packages for courier pick-ups.
- Perform final inspection of products for quality compliance.
- Coordinate efforts across departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Inventory experience
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and use hand trucks and pallet jacks.
