Location: Chatham, NY
Contract: Permanent
Pay rate: $27 - $30 (2500 sign-on Bonus paid in 90-day increments)
Schedule: Swing shift - alternates one week, 7am - 3pm and the next week 3pm - 11pm

Job Description:
- Safety-focused leader who identifies and mitigates risks while adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Executes preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime effectively.
- Quickly troubleshoots equipment issues, communicates solutions, and documents procedures.
- Collaborates with operations to address abnormal equipment conditions impacting safety, quality, or productivity.
- Actively participates in proactive maintenance initiatives like root cause corrective actions.
- Maintains detailed work documentation and upholds high housekeeping standards.
- Proficient with precision welding, shop tools, and machinery.
- Skilled in interpreting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
- Technically proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving reliability of various equipment.
- Precisely installs equipment and identifies opportunities for enhancement in maintenance practices.
- Understands overall equipment operation, applying knowledge to maintenance tasks.
- Develops, modifies, troubleshoots, and installs PLC programs.
- Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs AC/DC drives and motors.
- Fabricates and installs electrical, piping, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
- Participates in proactive maintenance activities such as CMER (Root Cause Corrective Action), and Analytical Troubleshooting (ATS).Participates in proactive maintenance activities such as CMER (Root Cause Corrective Action), and Analytical Troubleshooting (ATS).
- Technically skilled to maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment, including a strong understanding of lubrication principles and ensuring proper lubrication application.
- Technically skilled to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment.
- Technically skilled to repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment.
- Technically skilled to precisely install mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment utilizing FEM specifications.
