ttg Talent Solutions is Hiring an Adminitrative Assistant/Receptionist Near Deerfield, FL

Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Salary: $19 - $21 per hour
About the position:
Our client is a global world-class leader in the manufacturing of high-quality color cosmetics and skincare. ttg Talent Solution has been engaged to search for the next Receptionist.
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and delivers or distributes items.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
  • Sends samples and benchmarks to Customers.
  • Supports Sales with customer coordination, including but not limited to document management.
  • Creates requisitions in Oracle, follows up with purchasing for PO creation, and confirms with requestor services or goods have been delivered.
  • Keeps track of office supplies inventory.
  • Orders lunches for customer visits/audits.
  • Supports employees with Paycom troubleshooting.
  • Books hotels and flights as needed.
  • Checks and distributes mail daily.
  • Supports visitor check-in.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
