TSW Wealth Management is a boutique financial advisory firm based just outside of Boston, Massachusetts in Framingham. Focusing on wealth management and retirement planning, we have been providing independent financial advice to high net worth individuals and families throughout the country for close to 30 years.

We continue to grow and are looking for someone to join our team full time to help with client service, as well as assist with operations and special firm projects. For those individuals looking to take on a higher level of responsibility, there is the opportunity for advancement and specialization as the firm continues to expand.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about client service, has strong attention to detail, is savvy with technology, and is eager to help tackle new initiatives. We take pride in providing a highly personalized level of service, so even as an associate you will be a crucial part of the group working closely with clients, investment companies, and the firm’s financial advisors. The feel of a professional downtown investment firm, but conveniently located outside the city, we are searching for someone who is looking for long-term stability and a company to call home.

Job Description/Benefits

  • Full time, salaried
  • Hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Fridays from 8:30am to 4:00pm

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Prior experience within the financial services industry or a similar role required
  • Maintain strict attention to detail and accuracy throughout the course of the day
  • An effective verbal communicator being able to communicate professionally, clearly, and courteously to all clients and staff
  • Strong writing skills being able to produce a high level of quality on all written correspondence
  • Good organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment and the ability to take on different tasks to help where needed
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – a demonstrated ability to take initiative and learn quickly
  • High level of comfort in learning and using various web-based applications including CRM and financial reporting systems

Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with clients over the phone, via email, and in person to help with service requests, answer questions, and problem-solve across a wide variety of financial account types
  • Work directly with investment companies to help service client accounts, identify and resolve any potential issues, and obtain investment product information
  • Opportunity to assume the role of a paraplanner to assist in creating financial plans
  • Assist in compiling portfolio reviews for clients
  • Collaborate with advisors, as well as gather client data and investment information for advisors
  • Prepare and follow-up on required client paperwork, financial applications, and transactions
  • Help work on and take the lead on special projects for the firm
  • Help manage and update critical applications including CRM, reporting systems, and websites
  • Support our compliance program, assisting with compilation and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
