TSSCANDIDATEPORTAL is Hiring a Site Supervisor Near Washington, DC

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Site Supervisor who will be able to work independently or under the general direction of senior level Contractor management on all phases of performance, including contract management, program/task management, coordination of workloads and resource needs, and coordination with corporate resources and management. These individuals have direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness, and quality or work performed under the contract. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Directing and reviewing work performed to meet all contract requirementsAuthority to discipline Contractor personnel employed under this contractAs appropriate, make recommendations to the COR and GPOC for new or proposed revisions of work produced to ensure efficient and effective operationsProviding or directing on-the-job training to newly assigned personnel, as required, to promote operational efficiencyDirecting data gathering for various productivity reports as defined in this contractResolving working level complaints and/or problems regarding work performed; resolving all other operational problems within the scope of this contract; and preparing responses within established time frames to all written service complaints received by the COR.Developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring the work produced under his contract, and initiating corrective actions to ensure conformance with established standards and procedures.Qualifications5 years of experience as a team lead or similar positionHigh School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred5 years’ experience in this specific industryExcellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity and ability to accurately complete all documentation.Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices with ability to resolve issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanorAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity both independently and collaboratively.Capable of multi-tasking and effectively managing programs as a proficient problem solver and teamwork supporter.Detail-oriented with great organizational and time management skills with the ability to delegate and assign tasksAbility to coach and mentor other employees.Working knowledge of standard technology used in the industry (e.g., POS, program tracking, bookkeeping, word processing).Requirement:Top Secret Security Clearance
