MAINTENANCE WORKER (MW)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Job Functions

• Complete assigned repairs; purchase needed supplies.
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment, furnishings and physical plant at all

Agency operated sites.

• Facilitate moving of equipment and furnishings at all Agency operated sites.
• Responsible for ensuring timely snow/ice removal at program sites and Administrative Office.
• Responsible to purchase needed items for program sites and submit internal tracking forms and receipts.
• Responsible to comply with all Agency Policies including Agency Code of Conduct and

Confidentiality Policies, Medicaid Compliance Program and Protocols and Justice Center Code of
Conduct.

• Maintain attendance and punctuality. Notify supervisor when late or absent. Provide adequate notice when scheduling time off.

Job Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible to maintain Maintenance Department and Administrative storage areas.
• Maintain designated Agency vehicles and complete associated documentation.
• Minor repairs of Agency vehicles.
• Landscape maintenance at designated sites and offices, as assigned.
• Reports to Property Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,110.00 per year
