Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Concierge / Door man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Concierge service, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.

Candidate will be the face of the building and will need to have a strong and professional appearance.

Must have 5-10 years experience as a head concierge

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome tenants or visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Utilize computer systems for tenant packages, deliveries and other needs

Experience:
- Experience in a luxury building is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various inquiries
- Proficiency with phone systems and computer literacy
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling appointments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
