Position Overview:

Communiboost is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in New Jersey, NJ. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive at the office with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and take messages as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, and ensuring it reflects the professional image of Communiboost.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities related to visitor arrivals, meetings, and events.
  • Monitor and maintain visitor logs and security procedures to ensure the safety and security of the office environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and copiers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer skills.
