Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Teller to join our team full-time. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Duties:

- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing

- Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution

- Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs

- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

- Handle large amounts of cash accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Proficiency in retail math and cash management

- Knowledge of debits, credits, loan processing, and loan origination

- Ability to upsell products and services effectively

- Experience in fraud prevention and detection

- Strong mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing

- Excellent customer relationship management skills

Candidates should be courteous, efficient, helpful, have a professional appearance and be very accurate. Previous experience and cash handling skills preferred but not a requirement.

Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.

This position is Monday through Friday 8am – 5:30pm, some Saturdays.
