Responsibilities: This position requires a flexible individual with experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements Verification. You will support the System Engineer Principal Area Lead (SE PAL) for the Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Trainer (CIAT) program in System Engineering tasks, including but not limited to:
- Specification updates using Microsoft Excel/Word
- Change Management/Configuration Management SE Board support
- Requirement Verification Matrices (RVM) generation
- Test Observation Report (TOR) adjudication support
- Requirement development based on customer needs
- Familiarity of System Engineering principles on Software Development
- Strong understanding of the System Engineering V
- Requirement Development and Maintenance
- Understanding of impacts of requirements on test events
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, with an understanding of DOORS and Cameo
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required
- STEM degree from accredited College or university
- Experience with U.S. Navy combat systems specifically AEGIS
