Summary: Complete assigned product sub-component assembly duties to assist in the compliance of products manufactured and processed by Tri-Con Industries, Ltd. to customer and industry specifications.

- Look for and report quality deficiencies
- Maintain work area and perform 6S requirements
- Coordinate with Team Leads on line speed and distribution of tasks
- Follow all Seat Specific Training Guides (SSTG) and Operation Standards
- Meet OEE requirement target of 85%
- Must be able to meet cycle time requirements
- Daily reporting to include daily production report, daily start-up log, and process control report
- Must follow all ISO 9001 Quality System procedures and report any nonconformance to your Team Lead, Coordinator, or Manager while meeting a 99.9% Straight-Ship rate
- Must follow all ISO 14001 Environmental & Safety System procedures to include recycling cardboard, paper, cans, and vinyl in correct container and report any nonconformance to your Team Lead, Coordinator, or Manager
- Required to comply with all safety rules and programs including reporting all accidents immediately and wearing proper personal protective equipment in designated areas
- Willing to cross train and learn other work responsibilities
- Must participate in meeting section business plan goals
Qualifications
- Must be able to perform the Essential Job Functions
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 35 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
