Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing the front-of-house staff, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Interview, hire, and train front-of-house staff
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations
- Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee the seating of guests and ensure efficient table turnover
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the front and back of house
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, utensils, and condiments, and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
