Totally Restore Your Metabolism, or TRYM Weight Loss, artfully blends the disciplines of medicine, psychology, behavioral science, and a host of support tools to deliver one of the most integrative weight loss approaches on the market. Core Responsibilities:

As General Manager, this individual will be a liaison, not only overseeing daily operations, but will work with the founders on building a vision, and help develop a long-term strategy for achieving this vision. Our primary approach to long-term strategy building is based on patient sentiment and effectiveness of our treatment model, so ensuring the correct data is being collected and organized to gauge this sentiment (ie internal benchmarking), as well as ideating ways in which to increase this sentiment, is one of the core responsibilities the GM will have. Another core responsibility the GM will have is communicating and implementing any policy or procedure changes made, administrative or clinical, within the practice quickly and efficiently. Above all though, the GM must understand that it is their responsibility, if not their most important responsibility, is to help foster a positive workplace environment and to encourage, and assist, employees in reaching their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead by example, building a culture of excellence and high patient satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Health and Safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Draw, spin, label, and schedule pickup for blood specimens collected on-site
• Inventory management: placing orders for supplies and medications, stocking supplies when delivered, and ensuring the practitioners have all they need to perform the service.
• Collecting payments/discussing financing options with patients
• Appointment schedule management and organization

Skills/Qualifications:

• Past managerial experience (1-2 years; Manager/Assistant Manager), in retail, customer service, or a concierge healthcare setting (ie medical spa, medical weight loss center, cosmetic/plastic surgery practice, etc)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Great team member/the ability to build strong and effective teams
• A strong passion for health, wellness, and being a change agent in the lives of our patients.
• Must be organized and punctual
• High School Graduate/GED Holder
