F/T Front of House Lead

We're seeking a dedicated individual with excellent people skills and a passion for hospitality. No prior experience is necessary – we're willing to train the right person who embodies our values and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

As the Front of House Lead, you'll:

• Provide guidance and support to front-of-house staff.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members.
• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Play an active role in front-of-house operations and sales.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Great organization and communication skills.
