• This role will require floating to multiple units

Additional Details :

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Float to other clinics : Yes / No

Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.

Outpatient Experience is preferred.

Requested Time off (RTO) must be on profile and in the HWL Time-Off Notes at time of submission.
