**Experience:• 18 months of Behavioral Health experience is required.• Experience with Cerner is required.Requirements:• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.Additional Details:Shift: 8D or 10D (every Saturday and Sunday coverage is required)ED Licensed Social Worker (DC LGSW)Required Skills: 2 years minimum discharge planning experience; strong acute care hospital experienceNotes: ED assessments only, minimal inpatient discharge planningReferences: must be minimum of 2 current references covering 24months of the last 36 months. One ref must come from the most recent position. EMPVs do not count as refs. docs must be in week prior- set orientation dates.Certifications:• BLS (Basic Life Support)
