Trust 1 Services is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep to take calls, dispatch technicians, and ensure a great customer experience in the Quincy, MA area. This dispatching position earns a competitive wage of $25 - $30/hour.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time dispatching position typically works Monday to Friday, from 12 PM - 8 PM.

As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep, you are the voice of our company and the first person our customers meet! You bring in customers to our business and ensure that we meet their needs. This is usually done over the phone. You also help organize the day of our service experts. This dispatch position interacts with people all day, so you make sure that you handle any of their questions or concerns promptly and professionally Sometimes customers are happy and sometimes they're not. No matter what the circumstances are, you kindly help them and find solutions. You also inform technicians and fill their day with service calls. Your patience and enthusiastic energy keep customers coming back. You send texts or emails, use the phones, and utilize our scheduling system. You enjoy finding solutions for our customers and dispatching technicians to finish the job!
