We are looking for an experienced, versatile Property Maintenance Manager to ensure we maintain high standards of safety and comfort for our residences. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance operations, ensuring projects and repairs are completed on-schedule and with quality results.

As Property Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of residential complexes, including taking preventive and corrective measures to ensure the physical structures remain safe and comfortable

• Ensure maintenance operations are in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel to ensure accurate and timely progress on projects and repairs

• Work closely with the asset manager to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions

• Oversee and inspect buildings and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations

• Manage the purchase of maintenance supplies and equipment

• Track and control maintenance budgets

Qualified candidates should possess:

• 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management

• Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems

• Ability to implement and adhere to health and safety regulations

• High degree of organization and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
